This tea is the twin of Wenshan Baozhong, the only distinctive caracteristic is that it is a medium fermented and medium roasted – farmers are using the process of roasting the tea to transform the stimulating substances so that it is warm and smooth to drink though the roasting degree of Paochong Fermented Tea is not as heavy as Tieh Kuan Yin, for example.
Paochong Fermented Tea’s soup color is soft orange. The taste of tea soup has a rich fruity aroma, the taste is warm and easy to enter, and the obvious roasting aroma makes the flavor more layered.
