Cui Yu Tea

Cui Yu oolong tea in the Nantou tea area in Taiwan is a new tea tree cultivated by using a new improved oolong tea variety "Taicha No. 13". The appearance of the tea leaves is emerald green, the color of the water is honey green, the aroma is clear, and the taste is clear and mellow. The tea aroma has floral aromas of daffodils, gardenias, wild ginger flowers with some green hints like fresh spinach, rucola.
Cui Yu dislikes the cold weather hence it is rather grown in protected valleys and lower altitude.
